improper Stops

Silky Rider stops moving before reaching open or close position.

1. Take Silky Rider out of its rail and check to see if you can operate the control cord manually, the rod may be stuck and need to be fixed before connecting to Silky Rider again.
2. After fixing the Rod, it is a good idea to apply Silicon Dry Lube Spray for the Slides to have a smooth moving.
3. In the Auto Pilot Page section, the (K) factor should be set on 950.
4. The curtain is too heavy, use Tandem System.

Remote Control

The remote control and its indicator do not work.

1. Check the battery connection, the spring connection of (+)Pole may need to be fixed.
2. Check to see if the battery is dead.

Remote Control

The indicator works but the remote control does not work.

1. Go to the Menu using 1234 code.
2. Go to the Remote Control submenu.
3. Follow up the screen to pair it.

Improper Direction

When you click on Open, it closes or when you click on Close, it opens.

1. Go to the menu using 1234 code.
2. Go to the Direction submenu.
3. Click on Correct Direction then Back.
